- Bachelor degree;
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service;
- German and English language – advanced level;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Strong communication skills;

- Organized, dynamic and responsible;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Main responsibilities:
- Represents the interface between the company and customers;
- Collaborates with other departments of the company to answer to customers' requirements;
- Maintains permanent contact with customers (via phone or/and e-mail) - managing their requests in due time;
- Prepares and/or transmits to customers all necessary documents - price offers, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notices, technical drawings;
- Monitors the status of special profiles, of die orders and of the samples sent to customers;
- Files and updates all the documents used in his/her activity.
