After submitting your petition (which may be a suggestion, complaint, claim, proposal, or a request for an audience), the resolution process will begin, following these steps:
- Your petition will be received by the designated representative at Vimetco Extrusion, who will register, review, and take actions to address the petition. This person will also communicate the response to your petition.
- The designated person will confirm receipt of your petition within 7 days of receiving it, along with the registration number of the petition.
- Vimetco Extrusion will conduct an investigation and treat your petition confidentially.
- If we require additional information during the investigation, we will request it from you.
- Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will only be used to provide you with a response that includes the results of the investigation. Only the designated representative at Vimetco Extrusion will have access to this data.
- Vimetco Extrusion will respond as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days. If your petition is complex, the review period may be extended but will not exceed 90 days from the end of the initial 7-day period. In such cases, we will inform you.
- We assure you that our response will be clear and easy to understand and will be delivered in the method of your choice (email or letter)
